Playing at the Park

I love photography for its power to make you stop and really soak in all of the details. We took the 55-200 lens out today to the park... oh and to let Carlee play. lol.... After the first few pictures, we looked at the camera and were so amazed at how big she's gotten. We don't notice it on a day to day basis, but when we stopped to really look, we saw it. She's grown a lot.

Anyway, we played with the bigger lens, and while the pictures looked fine on the camera's screen, after uploading them to the computer, we found out that most were out of focus. It's hard to stay completely still with the longer lens and then to take pictures of a moving toddler is even harder. :D I uploaded all of them to snapfish, but I'm still waiting on the link. I even uploaded the blurry ones, because most of them still show such great expression on Carlee's part. The focused ones are priceless though. We all had fun... we'll have to practice with this lens a lot more, so look foward to more pictures! :)
